Online Doctors Notes UK began with a simple observation: too many people were putting off medical advice because a GP appointment meant time off, travel, and a crowded waiting room. For busy professionals, parents, students, and anyone with a non-emergency concern, that friction was getting in the way of care.
So we set out to build a service around the patient instead — bringing together registered clinicians and secure technology so a genuine consultation can happen by video, phone, or a private online platform.
When documentation is clinically appropriate, our doctors can issue a digital note confirming you were assessed and advising any necessary time away from work or study. When it isn’t, they’ll tell you honestly and point you toward the right care. That balance — convenient but never cutting corners — is what we’re here for.
